Dear sir

We are in receipt of one parcel vide AWB NO. 10224257119 through ECOM Express courier against COD of Rs 1021/- . Our office has paid RS 1021/- to courier person Mr Jitender Prajapati.

The parcel contains one saree mentioned order no. 224062968 purchase ID 648446053 dated 7/2/2024vide invoice no B212qhieeimmawj7 of Tina Fashion.(GST NO. 24AARPL4835H1ZG)

kindly be informed that I have not placed any such order. The order might have been booked under fraudulent practice by using my contact information.

It is requested to kindly book the complain of Fraud and call back the aforesaid parcel by refunding Rs 1021/-.

We also request you to investigate the order booking and take the necessary action against those.

Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
