Dear Sir / Madam,
I applied for fastag through Airtel App on 15.03.2021. It was told the Fastag will deliver within 14 working days. Till now I didn’t received my Fastag. I raised my complaint on 3rd April through customer care number. My complaint number is 9325593. Then to resolve the issue it will take 2 working days. Today once again I called the customer care still they are telling to dispatch the Fastag it will take another 14 working days.
I need justice.
