I transferred my connection they charge 400 rs. But customer care ask to pay 200 rs. When I paid 200 rs….they disconnecting my connection and saying you have not paid so we will disconnect. This is the fact dishtv working for only money customer not Important. Now my TV is not working. This is my 2nd complaint. Take action otherwise I will agian raise the complaint.

I am a customer of dish tv, and my VC no. 02537827221. Since 22nd Mar 2019 I have been deprived of watching dish tv since none of the channels are coming. Inspite of my numerous complaints, dish tv is just not bothered. I am frustrated with dish tv and need to close my account, and need the refund of one year’s subscription that I paid.
