Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rahul Singh from Bangalore India.
I purchased a Dishtv dth connection from www.onlinedthservice.com on 9june 2019 at 11:40 A.M. via an online payment from my debit card.
The installation was promised by 9th day end but it’s not done till now.
Wen I try to reach customer care the onlinedthservice.com people hang the phone after I give them my details and Dishtv people keep on making fake promises of getting it done soon.
But I see no action from Dishtv except multiple fake commitments.
I am feeling very very cheated and helpless.
Kindly help me get through all this..
