Biggest mistake of life the day I decided to choose Vodafone as a telecom service provider.I am facing network issues since last three months,but I ignored this and continued to pay the bills for the services that I was not able to use (THANK YOU!!).
Now my patience level is over can’t withstand this torture anymore. Your customer service officer said we will resolve this query with 48 hrs w.e.f from August 29,2018,Since then all I have is your agents calling and asking about bill payment and everyday I have to repeat myself .I won’t pay by bill until it gets resolved. My service registration number 536287620.
