Hi I tried to pick up zomato order from Subway Ashima Mall Hoshangabad Road and I simply asked for hand wash and body temperature checkup from outlet in charge but he denied to so.
Very rudly he told me that I m not standing somewhere in road side Dhaba ( restaurant) where I can expect for hand wash and body temperature check up, it’s Subway ,.
It hurted my feelings once he told that they don’t provide hand wash and body temperature check up to their customers, then how can I expect for it as I m just a delivery boy.
As I know we are the human being first and all of us have the right of being treated at same level.
But the outlet in charge just let me cry regarding being a Zomato deliveryboy but I fee proud to be a delivery boy and I say my thanks to Zomato for supporting me and my family in this pandemic.
But I really feel so discriminated today with outlet in charge behavior and it give me a sad feeling how they can compromise with covid 19 protocol guidelines.
