Text of Complaint by Sailesh Kumar Naidu:

Dear Sirs,

Flipkart IDFC Bank Pay Later has been paid month on month for every retail purchase made online at Flipkart and the payments were made much ahead of the due date which falls on the 5th of every succeeding month.

The case in question is about Rs 839/- which reflects in CIBIL as unpaid for over 91 days while the payments were made by February 01, 2022, and one of the products was returned to Flipkart and have refunded the same to my account.

However, I see a drastic fall of 61 points in myCIBIL Report from 791 to 730 due to this anomaly. CIBIL Report was corrected once in June. 2022 and again IDFC First Bank reported this an amount outstanding. I have enclosed all the details of payments made and the CIBIL report for a detailed analysis and an immediate redressal for this erroneous reporting and not correcting the details despite receiving the amounts well in advance in February 2022 itself.

It is a mental trauma, stress and unnecessary heartburn of losing out crucial CIBIL score which is essential for the upkeep of a healthy financial status.

Kindly resolve this issue immediately and take the institutions to the task so that they would not work with such indifference and irresponsibility.

Anticipate your quick resolution and appreciate your help in advance!

Best Regards,
Sailesh Kumar Naidu
