Text of Complaint by Jyothilakshmi Ramaswamy:

I had ordered a saree on 24.09.19, order no.- 37660.
I received a cheap Synthetic saree on 30.09.19 delivered by Ekart with tracking ID #SDKC1000191001.

It was sent by MINIDHOL, #137, shivshankar nagar,Near Bhatena, Udhana, SURAT, GJ, 395002
I was calling too many times on the customer care no. 8447170180 mentioned on the packet but still not getting the response from the website.
My money Rs. 1,099/-  is totally wasted and the product is very cheap, totally disappointed.
