This is in regard with my incorrect monthly bill for vodafone postpaid connection.
Due to poor network services of vodafone, I opt for number porting but on 1st Feb 2020, Vodafone’s retention team executive called me (around 5:15pm) and assured of improvement in services and additional discount of 100/- in my monthly bill for next 4 months.
However he ended up changing my monthly plan for which I never gave my consent and because of that change in monthly postpaid plan my monthly bill for Jan month is higher.
I already dropped email to Vodafone customer care but of no use.
Requesting you to take appropriate action.
