Text of Complaint by Spandan Das:

On 16/03/2023 I was searching on Flipkart for Air conditioners and found one with discounts offered on their website and the mobile app. The initial price of the AC was 37,999 and with offers, it was showing that I was eligible to get it at 34,499 if I spend 150 super-coins for 1000 rupees additional discount, so I proceeded with the purchase only to realize that one of the 3 offers was missing on the checkout page. I tried to ask Flipkart for help multiple times but no one did. I tried to place the order 18 times, then finally decided to complete the payment as I thought they’ll help me once the actual order is placed. But to my surprise the customer service agents are absolute garbage in helping me and have asked me to wait for 24 hours every time I called them, it has been 18 days, still, they have not resolved my complaint and have repeatedly tried to make me understand that the offer was not there in the first place. I have emailed them proof multiple times, but they kept closing the complaint without my consent. I am helpless against a big company like Flipkart and feel I have been cheated by them, their App/website, and their customer service team. All the relevant screenshots have been attached to the complaint.
