I purchased a wall clock from the Discount Cart website.
The MRP of the watch is Rs1699. but due to discount sale it was about Rs 799.
I paid the amount of Rs799 from my Gpay number through Razorpay gateway.
Razorpay confirmed my payment as ” payment successful for Chaandri” even i got payment id “pay_HwaBJCPpCEEi08”.
but as soon as i search for confirmation of order, there were no confirmation about by order or even email id is not valid even numbers given on website doesn’t respond.
pls help me to refund my amount of RS 799 and take action against these fraudsters.
