Dear sir,
please disconnect my connection No.8129126251 with immediate effect,
as I require your service no more.I requested for disconnection last month
but you are still sending bill. Please not that I am not responsible
for any payment hereafter.I tried to contact you man who has given connection
( Mr Aneesh 9061955066) but no response at all.
