on 19th of july, i filed a device collection request & service disconnection request. On 25th of July, 2021, ( Morning 10 AM) device was collected and had been told to me that refund will be processed , till today EOD. and since then i am following up with them and yet request is not fulfilled. every time i am getting a new date but no resolution on due date.
