We have been recharging Videocon d2h no 53371282 for Rs 252.00 since last one year n we were told that for this amount pack will b active for one month but every month the services are disconnected 2 or 3 days earlier only.. And this time it got disconnected still earlier just 24 days it was active n our 6 days pack was void.. Wen enquired to customer care they said u have activated some extra channel while v have never asked to do that but they r not ready to accept it.. We asked for proof of such request and the customer care staff misbehaved and spoke in such a bad manners and without answering the queries and without even telling his name when I asked, he disconnected the call..
Please take complaint against that staff and also our 6 days pack should be reactivated..
