Dear Team,

Due to lockdown I was stuck in my native place so I could not recharge my number.

Airtel without any intimation have discontinued my number.

I raised my query through Email i was asked to visit Airtel Gallery. How could i visit the gallery whn entire Thane is in complete lockdown.

Also advise is it justified to discontinue the number for lack of recharge during lockdown.

Pls call me on.y alternative number 8169019244 for further clarification.
