Text of Complaint by Arjun Bhat:

Since the lockdown my firm has stayed closed and no one has been using the internet. I had mailed the same to airtel on the 25th of April itself and had told that I will not be making any payments for something I have not used but airtel has been so shameless to not even respond to my mails or calls and even ask me for the details. I have been receiving more than 3 automated voice calls a day telling me to make the payment asap or the internet will be disconnected. I have mailed multiple times and there has not been a single response until yesterday when I receive a reply with the details of the different payment methods. I have no words say after the malicious attempts from airtel to threaten, harass and collect money during such sad times in the world due to the pandemic. I am not paying anything for something I have not used.
