I have Vodafone no. 9920792154 for which sim is broken while Covid started in 2019 I tried contacting Vodafone care and getting replacement Sim at Bangalore with no avail and they suggested me to travel to Mumbai which i was unable to . I have kept paying minimum bill just to keep number. in nov 2021 when vodafone chnged there plan i asked for disconnection but they kept on delaying . latest on march 17 customer care asked me to pay 491 rs to clear bill and rest will be waived off and service will be cancelled. Customer care raised ticket 4-129600931450 for waiver on 17 march and for service disconnection 4-129766848419 on 22nd march i am still waiting for disconnection and everyday reciving recivery harassment call.
