Dear Vodafone,

I have ported from Airtel to Vodafone due to network issues almost 40-50 days back.

Last week, my vodafone connection was discontinued without any intimation saying that some payment is pending with Airtel.

After that, i visited airtel store and obtained receipts/no dues from airtel(which is attached)& same is submitted to vodafone 14th of April.

As per compliant no: 244036507, it was committed that my services wont be interrupted again.

But, Connection is disconnected today without any notice. Lodged compliants in Vodafone customer care and no response at all.

Need you to fix the problem otherwise you need to compensate for my loss in business due to disconnection.

Would approach consumer forums/legal if this issue isnt sorted out immediately.
