Hi,
Recently I ported my mobile number from Airtel to Vodafone. And after porting of my number to Vodafone, My mobile connection was disconnected within 10 days and I received a message saying that my mobile number could not be verified. After that I went to the vodafone gallery in Thane, Maharashtra and found out that they had visited my house where my house is given in rent. This was also the address on my Aadhar card. So I explained the issue at the gallery and told them to update my residing address in their system. But after that for more than a week and even after multiple calls on customer care, nobody from Vodafone bothered to call and verify my number. During all this time my mobile has been kept disconnected leading to lot of banking issues at my end.
Yesterday on 18/11/2022, I received a call from vodafone for verification and I was able to confirm my details again. But still they have kept the number disconnected.
With no clarity from Vodafone explaining any issues to me and keeping my mobile number disconnected, I really don’t know what approach to take for activation of my mobile number which has been with me for the last 15 years.
Need help and guidance on the same.
