My Dth Id: Airtel Digital TV ID 3027599968

Mobile number: 9393286979.
I took a internet box in November 2018 with a yearly package for infinity pack which expires in November 2019.
And also took 3 add on connections for the same Id.
And on 2nd July 2019 we called customer care to find the details of my 3rd set up box.
And they have suggested for splitting of 3rd set up box.
And with out our permission airtel customer care people have splitted our 1st set up box which has validity till 23 November 2019.
Now we are not getting any channels since 3rd july 2019.
When we asked the same to customer care they replied that the package has expired after splitting. But we have never asked to spilt.
We are not fools to do that.
I’m calling customer care since 1 week and there is no response from them.
And now I cant even call the customer service people as I dont have the id of the 1st set up box.
