As telephonically discussed with the nodal officer airtel vide mobile no 9676994624 on today 1.00 pm i have paid my out standing dues of rs.135/- and kindly asssure me the confirmation of disconnection of the same immediately and no airtel representative in the near future will have force to continue with allured offers regarding this number and no outstanding bill will raised against this number for the payment . This is in response to your email regarding disconnection of your airtel data card number 9599223216.
As discussed on 9818447948, I wish to inform you that we have received the payment of Rs. 135/- on 28-03-2019 and We have registered your request for disconnection and the reference number is 90011050. Your services are expected to be restricted by 29-03-2019.
Please note, monthly rental are ceased from today, i.e. 29-03-2019. Your final bill will include prorated charges from 19-03-2019 (start of your bill cycle) till 29-03-2019 (date of cancellation request).
In case you wish to pay prior to your bill generation date, you may make an advance payment basis your current usage amount.
If security deposit is available in your account, it will be adjusted automatically with the due amount in your account. The balance amount (> Rs. 25) will be refunded through cheque within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
