Sir,
Iam the postpaid customer of cell no 9878747595 in the name of Trin kumar sharma, mailing address of House no 3202, sector-46-c, Chandigarh having rental plan of Rs 299, my last bill is of Rs 362.
My connection 9878747595 is first Disconnected in the month of June 2019, when i contacted Air tel store in sector 46-c, Chandigarh then Air tel employee Mr Ajay sohal told to me that the connection is earlier in the name of neetu Randev as prepaid customer, i told to him that kindly show to me her identity proof then he remain silent & told to me no please you kindly give your Aadhaar card as Identity proof & he click my snap inside the store.
my connection of cell no is again disconnected by air tel in the month of July due to same reason, again i had to submit my Aadhar card photocopy as identity proof, lastly my cell no is third time disconnected on 24th of the October but when i visited the air tel stoe on 24th October then Air tel employee Mr Ar pit told to me that the connection is disconnected from back unfortunately my real brother expired on 25th October i am unable to talk to my relatives due to disconnection of my cell phone & iam unable to visit the Air tel store, lastly i visited the store on 27th of the October your air tel Employee Mr Ar pit, Mr Ajay Sohal & one more person with black complexion misbehave with me, your advisor customer services had send two mails to me in which it is written that the sim blongs to Trin kumar sharma, iam sending you the both the mails kindly go through the mail & give me the justice.
lastly i got a mail from air tel that your connection is disconnected due to nonpayments of due, my connection is disconnected on 24th October & my bill of Rs362 come on my mail on 26-10-2019, again i got a mail from Air tel that your connection is resume within 24 hours & the sim is given only if it is available, then i got a mail on my mail in the name of neetu randev that you please go to the store & resume your connection, your Ad visor customer services Srinivas & Swapana had written that this sim belong to trin kumar sharma
my submission is that you kindly go through all the mails & give to me the justices
