Sir/Madam, I am having a lifetime validity prepaid connection of Vodafone purchased in the year 2005 and was working smoothly till recently. However, out of a sudden move, Vodafone has disconnected my incoming & outgoing calls facility eventhough i was having sufficient balance (Rs 176). Vodafone has requested me to extent the validity by recharging. Accordingly, I have extended by putting Rs 29 package. But even then my connection was not restored and saying that Rs 29 package was for only net. But nothing is written in the Rs 29 package that one cannot use his balance in his account for making calls. Due to this atrocious behavior of Vodafone, I am non severely inconvenienced in not using my phone. Matter was repeatedly complained to Vodafone call center, appellate authority etc, but of no use.
