I have just ported my number to Vodafone from airtel. Pathetic is the service I can say. Executive came to my residence for delivering SIM card and I was not informed at all that my services will be disconnected if verification fails. What verification do you want m I taking some kind of loan and if it was so much required why was it not completed without even contacting me. Moreover I have been following up for last 3 days for completing verification and I am just been given false promises by customer care of visiting the residence for verification but nobody does so even customer care and Vodafone gallery is clueless. Don’t they keep record of who is going to visit and his contact details. It’s a height of worst service ever I have seen. There is no process of following tat as well. I need my service activated today itself you keep doing you verification
