Assuming that the Jio care service is good, I have opted and took the package. Though the service was uninterrupted 99%, I had faced technical difficulties which were somewhat resolved. However the trouble started when I had to discontinue the services as I have come to the UK.
The engineers who were scheduled(check schedule below) to visit my premises to recover the device and complete the refund of the caution deposit had not completed their task assigned to them. It’s been a headache and frustration to me to track the process.
I have involved jiofiber, CARE & appellate.tn at jio.com and have shown my frustration due to delay in recovering the device but to my surprise the issue has not been sorted out since February 2022. I honestly did not want to complain but the behaviour of this renowned company to provide such a worst service has made me do. Even the escalation team fails to fulfill the request. If this is the service I would never recommend JIO Fiber to anybody. I have updated the bank account details and required with all the support teams mentioned above. Emails were shared from himachaXXXX@gmail.com. I will take it to any extent if this issue has not been resolved ASAP.
