I have ported my mobile number 9496816060 to Airtel service provider on 25 th of September, 2018. After sim activation also, i am not getting any incoming calls. So i raised a complaint and they rectified it is due to the technical errors of service provider and issued me a new sim. But still also am not getting any incoming/outgoing messages. So again i raised a complaint in customer care and they are telling that still i have to wait up to October1, 2018.
For last 14 years i am using this number and the service was provided by BSNL. I never have such bad experiences with bsnl authorities. The reason for porting from bsnl to airtel is only due to poor data speed of bsnl.
For my online transactions, how i will generate otp? But my main concern is that i am not getting any incoming sms. For resolving a simple issue, customer care executive informed to wait for another 2 days. I have a strong disinterest that i made a serious mistake by porting my number to Airtel. As a new customer, i never asked to ban any of my basic services. As your packages assures that 100 free sms per day. Expecting a speedy resolving action from your end.
