Tata sky now money minded and not customer centric. Being indian , I trusted Tata. But end of the day no resolution after a month struggle. Never expected that.
Problem with the being.it is getting restart frequently and not able to watch any movie. Raised a complaint, the technician visited and told this can not be resolved. Suffered a month now, no resolution provided. Then why to keep the service. Few people damaging the repotation of Mr Tata….I know he do not want this kind of feedback but few people are not able to manage the quality.
Hence, with a lot f frustrating, I want to discontinue with the service.
