I have ported my mobile number Airtel to Vodafone. My vodafone number is activated on September 30 2018. But unfortunately mobile data was not working. I contacted customer care and they have raised a complaint on same day saying that it will be resolved by Oct 06 2018. But from Vodafone network team, no one has contacted me regarding this issue and On October 06 2018 the complaint was closed without taking any action. I again brought this issue to customer care and they have created another complaint and asking me to wait for another 7 days. I am highly disappointed with this ridiculous service. One of the worst network.
I have visited the Vodafone store thrice by travelling 20 kms. They could not provide any solution. I have contacted customer care 100 times. No solution provided. I am wondering like how come a Vodafone network is running when there is no fit network employee to resolve such small data issue by taking the whole week.
What solution they gonna provide for wasting my 10 days without internet.
