I have recharged my phone with 399 plan which is supposed to expire on 30 Nov’2019.In my plan it was mentioned that I’ll have unlimited voice calling but on 01’oct 2019 my outgoing call facility has been disabled by Jio saying that i have violated the limit of calling and asking me to recharge the phone once again to enable outgoing. As per the plan i’m entitled for unlimited calling so it is violation what they have promised to me and are forcing me for recharge.
