I booked two tickets through REDBUS for travelling from Bhopal to Pune. Total Cost was about Rs 8300. When we entered the bus, we found out that they are not providing any pillows and blankets. (Usually if it’s a sleeper bus, they should provide). When we were seated in the bus, the place was full of dust. My kid who is 1.5 years old, started coughing because of that. When we asked the bus driver for help, they refused and said we don’t know anything about the services as this is a replacement bus. I connected with REDBUS customer care and tried to explain the situation, to which a guy name Anish, told us that we are taking this as a complaint and our team will get in touch in next 48 hours, rest they cannot do anything as they might provide any cleanliness measures for the current travel. I would like to raise a complaint against the bus travels agency – Deep Travels for the poor sanity checks which can affect people’s health. I also would like to raise complaint specially against REDBUS , because they are charging a lot for bus tickets and even after charging a huge amount they are not at all ready to help. The customer service person Anish was not at all able to provide any resolution, though he was able to provide us with the bad attitude.
