I bought electronic product using amazon ICICI credit card and was told about the bank cashback after 90 days as in mentioned image. After 90 days when I tried to contact ICICI, I got this reply,
Dear Customer,
We understand your concern.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
This is with reference to SRXXXXXXXX on your credit card XXXXXXX.
We would like to inform you that we had raised your issues to the concerned department about cashback not received.
As per revert received from our concern team, we inform you that Amazon CBCC did not participated in this offer hence Amazon card transactions were not eligible for cashback.
Looking forward to your co-operation in helping us serve you better.
