Hi,
This is to inform you that since Oct 2020 we have been given assurance that the Flipkart Perfect Homes Fraser Engineer Woods 6 seater dining set with order ID OD117386009823952000 will be uninstalled to the earliest.
However, after more than 50 days now the company says It cannot be returned with the reason mentioned as Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item.
The technician had come in Oct 2020 to uninstall and pack but we did not have the packing material and now some or the other reasons has been provided that we have broken the furniture and
Technician had visited in Oct 2020 and had told us that the person who had fix the furniture had not done his job properly, hence these cracks have developed. He assured us it will be resolved but instead Flipkart forced him to change his statement. This I know because he was ready to do con call with Flipkart but again the company refused. Later everything was finalized for 13 Nov but we were out of town so we requested to come after 4 days and then there was constant reply that they are not able to manage the packing material.
So my whole point is if you were ready initially why are you changing your statement Later you gave excuse my number is not reachable so I gave you multiple number and also assured the person can visit any time I will be at home. Why are you giving warranty when you dont want to replace the item.
I need proper explanation from the Higher authorities why are there lapses in your system, and why so conveniently you harass your customers.
