I have registered a complaint on
27th April, 2022 regarding bad signal/video problem.The complaint no is 62478755.It was about to solve by 28th April & time was scheduled for 7 pm.The technician did not attend & it was automatically rescheduled on 29th April @7 pm.The same thing happened & I got a call from service technician at evening,telling that the problem will be resolved by 28th April @7pm & asked for otp to reschedule.It was shared by me & after rescheduled I notice that it is extended up to 5th May,2022.It was informed to customer care but nobody is responding properly.
This is nothing but harassment regarding Airtel service.
This is requested to do the needful.
