A call attempt has been by Airtel customer executive regarding the recharge of my Digital TV providing a pack of all the channels including HD channels from the recharge of 1484.
I have made the payment to Airtel of 1484 yesterday.
The channels has been activated for a brief amount of time then after that all HD channels has been deactivated and also the SD channel of Zee and NDTV.
I made several complaints regarding the issue but Customer service executive response me in a bad manner. They doesn’t provide me any help.
Also before the recharge my digital TV balance is 12 rupees and after the recharge it has go down to -8 rupees.
What the hell !
Take necessary action and I want the waiver for this mishappening. I am very hurt by the behaviour and service of Airtel
