Text of Complaint by J. Sargunam:

I made online payment of ₹675 on 12.03.2021 to Charis Initiatives through online portal ‘Pasfar Technologies Pvt Ltd’. The payment process failed in the middle. The amount has been debited to my bank account, but it has neither been paid to the payee nor refunded to my bank account till today (20.03.2021). Not able to contact the portal. This is too bad in the present context of Digital India drive in India.
