Once I applied a job in OLX in data entry field after someday I got a call from a unknown number they telling me that sir you are applied a job through olx I said ” yes ” then they telling me her company details what is the job work they told me that I have full up 700 forms with in 6 days and the payment is 17500. After that they told m sir we have some conditions to work with you I said tell me the condition they told me we will give you a login id and password you have login in one system only I said OK. Second condition is when you log in you have log out manually, I said OK. And the last condition is you have to complete the work I said ok . After 6 days I got a message from a another number saying that “Case Has Been Approved At Allahabad High court Nyaya Marg, Canton, Dhoomanganj, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh 211001
Case Type – Breachin Contract Of digitalmarketing pvt ltd. Case status – Approved cibil Case Number – UEL97/2020/119 Filling Number – 2020/612 FIR Number – AGR/NG/1024/LC25 Under Act – IPC 73,74,465. For More Case Regarding Details Kindly Contact Your Case Leading Advocate VInay Prakash Pandey Chamber no 44 Room no :116” this message I got. That time only I contact her who provide me the job then she said you have to pay fine for not completed your work. Then tell them you didn’t tell me this is another condition. Then they threats me that if you not pay 3999(penalty) you have to come over Ahmedabad in court and pay the amount 25000

Same thing is also happen with me and all the things are same but at 6th day i have completed my 698 forms but they r down their site when i call him they says that the company will take legal action against with you and in 2 min i receive same msg(all the things r same)at least the agreement number is same but name r different

Seems I got lucky, I just worked for 2 days and then I saw this thread, the contract papers are the same, I have stopped working now and have asked them to call me back, but till now i haven’t received any call from them.
Same thing is happening to me right now, what am I supposed to do now? Am I in some kind of trouble..

Same problem happening to me right now. What i can do now. This company is totally fraud Digital market pvt ltd. They did not tell me first time when they offered me the job. After registered they tell me about the terms & condition. What i can do now.
The same thing happened to me also. They said me that my login-logout ratio is not proper that i have not logout as many times as i login but i clearly remember that whenever i login i had loged-out and the same msg with the same approved case number came to me. Can anyone tell what i am supposed to do

Digital marketing Pvt ltd is fraud I think as it is telling the exact same thing to me about the login logout ratio not being equal.

hi everyone they took 3999 form me too I did the work in 5 day and then they refused payment or refund saying site crashed when in confronted that the website is a fraud and I have seeing people complain in consumer court against them he cut the call I called him back saying I am complaining to cyber crime and consumer court he said go ahead I have drafted a Complain with cyber crime just now I will go to consumer court as well I suggest you all do this as well
Company is fake. The make you sign a digital agreement. If you notice the screenshot attached above by Debpriya, the stamp paper number will remain the same. How can a company sign an agreement with same stamp paper with all the customers. Do not invest your precious time and money.
Guys, I now realized as this is 100% fraud company. The same thing was happened to me. Initially I hv completed 590 form in 6days. They called me and said that I need to pay 3999/- to reinitiate my id else they will initiate Legal process on me to pay 25000/- which I was scared. I have paid 3999/- and they reactivated my login id and I stated working to complete my pending forms. When I suppose to complete 700 forms, I hv compelted 698 forms and all of sudden Site stopped working.
Again some one called me and asked to me Pay again 3999/- to reinitiate my id to finish remaining 2 forms which I have paid and completed my 700 forms.
Now they are not respoding to my calls and no one has called me. This is completly fraud. We need to complaint on this company.
