I have booked DIGI SMART 32″TV from Snapdeal on 4th Jan 2019 Order ID 25758462520 made the payment through credit card. Product delivered on 9th Jan 2019.But it was Non working. Immediately within 4 hours on 9th Jan 2019 I booked for return ref 53404446 and refund the money. Send many emails tried to contact many time. The available Nos.9212692126. only automated messages. still no action. one person from snapdeal called no.7478495406. He forced me to give the credit card details if need the refund. On 15th Received a mail from Snapdeal that I have to send to the service centre and get it repaired. A new product booked which is delivered by Snapdeal, a damaged product, further their is no service center, even after so many mails no response nor action. I booked this TV urgently to watch the Ardh Kubh Mela program on 15th which I informed them too. My very old TV at home was not working. I humble request is to help me to get the refund of the amount I paid Rs. 10999/- and the compensation for this harassment.
