R/sir/madam
I have added Rs 10000 on 03/02/18 to my digipurse wallet .The amount is added successful and virtual card generated but I am not able to use this virtual card anywhere for online teansaction neither I can transfer the money back to my account.my money in block in wallet not any use.
I have mail customer care of digipurse mail id- [email protected] & [email protected] but no reply. Pl help me in return my money.
