I have added Rs 5000 on 15/01/18 to my digipurse wallet .The amount is added successful and virtual card generated but I am not able to use this virtual card anywhere for online teansaction neither I can transfer the money back to my account.my money in block in wallet not any use.I have mail customer care of digipurse mail id- digipursecare@unionbankofindia.com & digipursecare1@unionbankofindia.com and customer care weekly twice time but still they sayisa refund will get asap. Pl help me in return my money.
