Hi I tried to add INR500 using my union bank of India debit card into my Digipurse account linked to mobile number 8010091902 on 27th December 2015.
Amount deducted from bank but yet not know where my money is? I am regularly writing email @digipursecare since 28 days and no response even no acknowledge from that side. Also calling the toll free number provided in the app and they are also stating that we are unable to help, raised a complaint online and that also doesn’t resolve this.
Do not know what to do now.
now I have no other option except the claim in consumer court.

Facing problem towards invalid transaction pin number,since last 2 months facing problem for any transaction from Digi Purse,so many times mailed according my problem but still not solve.
digipurse virtual card is not accepting everywhere
Dear sir,
It is very horrible and pathetic situation for me to add money in digipurse it is neither allowing me transfer money to other digipurse nor virtual card allowing me to add funds into other wallet, I sent so many mails to digipurse customer care but they still silent no response from their end, customer care keep on saying me send mail again again.. This really cheating the customer by keeping this money on hold no options to release.. As it is owned by Union bank but that union bank customer not willing to help at all.
Please activate my digipurse virtual card immediately as I have two digipurse account both accounts virtual card having same issue whenever trying to add fund to other wallet by using both digipurse
request for get back your whole money in debited account means HDFC Credit Card.

i have not able to use my wallet money
i have added money in wallet for making some transaction , but today i have tried to dish tv recharge on show msg (maxium limit reched) , also no option for send in bank a/c , how can i will used my money, i have sent so many mail to coustome care , but no one reply

Rs 10000 stuck in wallet
Dear Sir,
I had added Rs.5000 in digital wallet 16/2/18 but .I am not able to transfer this fund into bank account and also not able to cancelled this transaction. Neither Customer Care helpline nor customer care mail id are helping in this case.Even their customer care mail id not responding to any mail.
I also tried to contact local branch.But they also not show willingness to sort out the issue
Sir,This is totally violation of RBI Guidelines.Please Help.
