HI,
I have transferred money to my Digipurse wallet
Digipurse no : 9766952316 Amount : 10000
Digipurse no. 9140418832 Amount : 10000
Now when i am trying to use this money, i am getting error that 3DS authentication has failed and there is some error in the back end.
So when i tried to transfer the amount to bank, it is throwing some error that transaction not allowed.
When i called customer care they told me that, this functionality is not allowed now. Customer care person also told me that no one got any message or notification regarding this.
I have dropped mail to [email protected] and [email protected] but did not receive any reply till now.
Please check this ASAP as i need this money urgently.
