Text of Complaint by Vivek Singh:

I have uploaded my digipurs union bank wallet with 10,000 and now the amount is stucked. I am totally helpless, neither call centre nor the mail id given by the call centre executive is working.

I am not able to get my money back in the source account nor I am able to transfer the money with the help of IMPS/NEFT. Also the virtual wallet is not working on any e-commerce website i.e Paytm, Flipkart, Amazon.
