Hi,
I transferred Rs 5000 through credit in DigiPurse account and got the SMS from DigiPurse “Your payment of Rs. 5000 successful. Amount will be reflected in your DigiPurse 4607 XXXX XXXX 8379 in 24 hrs.Info: TOPUP/############/” but still no money has been credited to the account. The money has been debited from my credit card I transferred the money from. Now i get the error of restricted card in my app.(error code 11 Ref Id ############)

i have also sent an email to digipursecare@unionbankofindia.com & digipurse@unionbankofindia.com but there hasn’t been any reply from their side (its been 4 days)
Please look into this.

Even after 24 hours it has not yet credited to my wallet.

Hi Team,
I’m not able to transfer the amount from Digipurse wallet to other bank accounts. As it is showing Transfer not supported. My mobile no.: 8125165551. Please do the necessity.
I have added money from credit card to DigiPurse wallet on 3rd Feb, 2018. But when I tried to transfer that money to my account an alert with message Transaction Not Supported with Err Code: 10 and Ref Id: 803610606294 is coming. Please do needful ASAP.
I am also facing same issue those worst fellows disabled send money option as per RBI guidelines but forget to disable add money, unfortunately RBI did not guide anything to digipurse,just they are keeping our money without any interest.
