ERROR CODE 10 —TRANSFER NOT SPORTED
Hi,
I transferred Rs 5000 through credit in DigiPurse account and got the SMS from DigiPurse “Your payment of Rs. 5000 successful. Amount will be reflected in MY DigiPurse 4607 XXXX XXXX 7711 in 24 hrs.Info: TOPUP/############/” but still no money has been transfer to the account. The money has been debited from my credit card I transferred the money from. Now i get the error of restricted card in my app.(error code 11 Ref Id ############)

i have also sent an email to [email protected] & [email protected] but there hasn’t been any reply from their side (its been 10 days)
Please look into this.
