I have loaded money 10000Rs into my digipurse account on 13th February. Now I am unable to transfer to my account.
I spoken with customer care regarding this on FEB 17th 2018. They said you will get credit back within 12days. I sent couple of mails to below mail`s and haven`t received any response yet :

They said “You can paybill using DigiPurse” again i paid insurance using Digipurse,But till now i didn`t received any message from digipurse and amount got detected from my account.And checked with insurance people the same and they intimated amount not received at their end.
Today and Even before spoke with digipurse customer care person(Manasa M) and without any relevant information they are replying to customer and making us wait from almost 50days.
As on urgent priority kindly take action at your earliest possible and do the needful.
