Dear Sir/Madam
Sir my name is Gaurav Kumar Jha.
I am from Muzaffarpur, Bihar. I had purchased an item from Flipkart. *Whose order id:-
OD435291718369369100. Which we did on 25 August 2025. It was delivered to my wife on 29 August 2025. But when we came home at night and opened the parcel, very little amount of gear grease was found in it and it was of very poor quality. And what we had ordered did not come. When we called Flipkart customer care, they said that it will not be returned. On this, I told them that I will complain against you. So they say do it, I have no problem.
