Dear Sir/M’dam,

I’ve ordered one dress from drapsuits.com. I got the delivery with incorrect product. So we approach customer care team for returning the product. As per their mail communication we have returned product to the origin and ask for refund the money. But they refused to do so & transferred amount in their wallet. Post this we put fresh order with wallet & wait for right product. But Drapsuits.com repeat their mistake again & delivered COMPLETE DIFFERENT PRODUCT.
My humble request to take appropriate legal action against such fraud.
