Dear Flipkart,
I ordered a womens kurti order I’d OD329051924226047100 of cost 1002 rupees and when the product got delivered, it was an open box delivery but still the delivery boy did not wait to open the box and gone from there . I opened the package at home then I saw that the product is very different from what I have ordered .I received shirt instead of kurti and this is not first time I am ordered from Flipkart but many times I have ordered and all the orders where good but time I don’t know how come this happened then after that I have raised return request which got rejected and I am raising it twice and I have too attached the image of the product received,so filpkart I want you to approve my return request and refund my back . please filpkart.
