Due to covid I gave a order of fog machine on 14/5/21 but on price of 2299,paid via debit card.. 24/5/21 recived a pulse Oxymeter, due to pre paid order the courier boy gave it to my home, but when I am saw this, I called him, told him which i ordered for and what i get.
After that I lunch a complaint against it in amzon, in afternoon I am call to the seller directly,get the number from indiamart..
then he said he will refunded the entire amount.. Also accept its there fault, after that i am also call in Amazon , for told them about telephonic conversation between me and seller.
But next day morning On 25/5/21 Amazon block my account,
According to Amazon I am Voleting rules, but this is my first account.
Now the didn’t Investigate my issues nor gave me proper reasons for close my account.
