Text of Complaint by rohit bhandair:

i have buy a saree through site lajree designer and paid through online. but i have selected embrodiy saree but received printed saree with low quality. I have call for exchange but he will not make sure that we will send me that we will be delivery as per same saree which he was shown as per the selected photo. It was disgusting and pathetic behaviour done by customer support ritu (as per the name told on telephonic conversation). I have one concern that please make sure that which saree i will be recieved inexchange it will be same as the photo share by site and whatsapp. But the that person having pathetic behaviour done his customer care and also untrustable for lajreedesigner in future. i have only single issue that please send actual photo and share photo are same or not but that person told me me only that 1st you have return package then i will be actual photo not earlier. I don’t know what are problem to send the selected pic actual photo.
